Located in Punta del Este, Uruguay, this attractive house, provided with amazing woodland outlook over the pool and sea views in front of the property is known as La Boyita House. Estudio Martin Gomez, an Argentinian firm, decorated this building in 2009, emphasizing on impressive modern fashion, entertaining areas, and outdoor living.
To fully respect the incredible nature scenery, the primarily glass façade is flanked by wooden panel sections which are supported by wooden stepping stones on the landscape and expansive decking spaces. Towards an annex, a man-made path sweeps out from a 4-poster daybed by the border of the sun deck, where a padded platform sticks out over the edge of a shiny blue swimming pool with included Jacuzzi.
Outside of the houses large transparent doors, a fully-fledged dining space and exterior lounge area flows the entire length of the property. The outer area of the living rooms met at both end by their external fire places, located at the ground of the two-towering stone chimneys, allowing social meetings continue until the night falls in spite of the coolness of the evening sea breeze.
